Whether they're in California or New York, JAY-Z and Beyoncé will now have homes in both states after buying new property in the Hamptons.

According to a report from TMZ, the Carter-Knowles family purchased a $26 million home in East Hampton, N.Y. The 12,000-square-foot home features seven bedrooms and sits on two acres of land, overlooking the Georgica Pond.

The home also comes with an infinity edge pool, bathrooms made up of Italian marble, an 18th century carved stone fireplace and an 1,800 square foot guest cottage. The property was built over a century ago but was recently redesigned.

The couple's latest purchase comes a few weeks after they spent $88 million on a Los Angeles home. Developed by Dave McKillen, the L.A. mansion is composed of six buildings and spans about 30,000 square-feet. It features a basketball court, four outdoor swimming pools, a wellness center, a media room, a spa and quarters for staff members.

In related JAY-Z news, the rapper recently stopped by BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge and discussed the social climate of the nation. While he didn't mention the president explicitly, Hov seemed to slam President Donald Trump, saying, “You know, this guy, I’m looking at it him like, ‘Man, this is a joke.’ You know, with all—I can’t even say with all due respect. With all disrespect."

He added, “Yeah, I just think there’s—you know—he’s not a very sophisticated man. Especially when it comes to, you know, the ideas of—until everyone’s free, no one is free, period. That’s just a fact. We are all linked some kind of way. So if you oppress a certain people, everyone’s in danger.”

Jay and Bey also own homes in New Orleans and Manhattan.
