Nas is definitely a rapper that has embraced the younger generation. That's not to say he will be appearing on any Lil Yachty songs in the near future, but as evident in his signing of young gunners like, Dave East and Boldy James to his Mass Appeal record label, he's in touch with the current culture. One new project he is feeling is Nav and Metro Boomin's new album, Perfect Timing.

God's Son recently hopped on Instagram to co-sign the LP and spread the word on it to his 3.5 million followers. Posting the album cover, he captioned the artwork, "Grab the new album from the young Kings @nav & @metroboomin right now. Salute!!!."

That's big props from the legend, Esco. Especially since he has no official affiliation with either artist.

It would be dope if Nas and Metro hooked up on the Queens rapper's long-awaited new album. Nas hinted at the project coming out this summer back in June. “I always say I’m two weeks away from finishing,” he explained to The New York Times. “We coming this summer, baby! It’s going to be a hot summer up here, man!”

Nas will be heading out on a North American tour with Lauryn Hill starting in September, so dropping the LP this summer as promised would be perfect timing.
