Two weeks after dropping his Reserved for the Real project, Miami's own Ice Billion Berg is back with Real Is Rare, a surprise mixtape for all his loyal fans.

Like his last project, this mixtape checks in at a trim, but still substantive eight tracks in length. Over the course of the tape, you can hear all of the reasons why he's got Florida buzzing. There's the dense, but palatable lyricism and passionate delivery. There are bangers and a legit frontline street perspective. It's all there, and within a few tracks, you'll see why he landed on our Florida rappers to watch list last year. He's even got some production from Florida producer JayO, who just did DJ Khaled and Drake's "To the Max."
