The legend of 50 Cent, ace Executive Producer might just be as interesting as his come-up in the rap game. Riding the momentum of another successful Power season premiere, Fif is looking ahead to producing his next Starz network TV series, and apparently he wants Fredo Santana to be on the show.

Yesterday (June 25), Fredo uploaded a screenshot of the G-Unit boss recruiting him for a new TV show through Instagram comments. For his part, Fredo appeared to be excited, captioning the screenshot, "My favorite rapper [and] business man I'm just tryna be great like him @50cent let's get it big homie 💯💯💯," the Chief Keef affiliate wrote.

In the screenshot of Fif's comments, we get some interesting details about Fif's forthcoming show. "I need you in this show, Tomorrow Today it's crazy I will reach out. You better be ready to work. Gangsta Shit!!!" 50 wrote. "It's on the STARZ network."

50's referring to his forthcoming Starz TV series, Tomorrow, Today, which is said to be a superhero show focusing on a military veteran from Chicago—which is Fredo's hometown—who is falsely imprisoned and experimented on after going behind bars. Sounds dope.

We reported on Tomorrow, Today last year, but hadn't heard too much about its development since.  Now, we've gotten a good nugget of news, but the question is, what sort of role would Fredo play in the series? Would he be the hero or the villain? Last year, 50 said he wanted Yasiin Bey on board for the show too. Imagine the artist formerly known as Mos Def and Fredo Santana starring side by side. It'd be must-see television.
