Tory Lanez made his Coachella debut yesterday (April 15), in an inspiring performance that probably should have come with a surfboard.

Though Day 2 was fill with star-studded performances, the Canadian rap-crooner made it clear that this was not one of those shows. "I know a lot of artists come here with their props -- or special guests," he told the large crowd in the Sahara Tent. "But I wanted my first time at Coachella to be about me and you."

Lanez went on to turn up, getting the crowd pulsating with songs like "Real Addresses" and his remix of nemesis Drake's "Controlla." He seemed to spend just as much time on the stage as he did crowd surfing on top of concertgoers. At a couple points in the show, Lanez was literally standing still while being held up by fans and even started rolling around like he was trying to put out a fire. Needless to say, it was lit.

The Toronto artist's set was a stark contrast from the guest-filled sets that also took place on Day 2. Future brought out Drake, Migos and Ty Dolla $ign. DJ Snake had Lauryn Hill as a special guest. Gucci Mane's show featured Lil Yachty, Migos, Rae Sremmurd and Diddy.

Kendrick Lamar will be closing out the show with his first performance since the release of his new album, Damn. Watch it live here.
