From the moment it dropped back in February, it was clear that Lil Uzi Vert's “XO Tour Llif3" was going to be one of the biggest songs of his career. Now, it looks like the track has reached the first major milestone of that journey. Recently, it was revealed that the Uzi single had debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. It currently sits at No. 49 on the list.

With a mesmerizing TM88-produced instrumental and fatalistic lyrics that manage to be arrogant, vulnerable and angsty all at once, "XO Tour Llif3" immediately struck a chord with fans. On the track, Uzi sings about trust issues in his relationship, drug use and even suicide.

"I don't really care if you cry/On the real you should've never lied/Should've saw the way she looked me in my eyes/She said, 'Baby, I am not afraid to die,'" he sings in the first half of the track's hopelessly catchy hook before continuing on. "Push me to the edge/All my friends are dead/Push me to the edge/All my friends are dead/Push me to the edge/All my friends are dead/Push me to the edge."

“XO Tour Llif3" originally premiered on Lil Uzi Vert's SoundCloud along with three other tracks called, "Boring Shit,” “LUV Scars K.o,” and “YSL." He packaged them as LUV Is Rage 1.5.

Since its release a little over a month ago, “XO Tour Llif3" has also gotten an official iTunes release with a slightly tweaked sound and an intriguing animated visual. Over the weekend, Uzi took shots at a certain "old person" who he claims is holding up the release of LUV Is Rage 2. Peep his tweets below.
