Chance The Rapper is hiring. The Chicago MC announced that he is looking for an intern with experience in writing proposals.

"I'm looking for an intern, someone with experience in putting together decks and writing proposals," Chance wrote on Monday (March 27). "I want intern resumes formatted as creative decks, pitches or proposals ctrinternsubmissions@gmail.com."

Chance's search for a person with such experience may come from his desire to help Chicago Public Schools. The "No Problem" rhymer has been outspoken about his disappointment with Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner's handling of Chicago's schools and even donated $1 million to the CPS.

“I am proud to announce I’m donating one million dollars to CPS for arts and original programming,” Chance said a recent press conference. “This donation was made possible by my fans. I’m also proud to announce that for every $100,000 raised, Social Works will donate $10,000 to a specific public high school, including the $1,000,000 I just donated."

Working with Chance will be an impressive addition to any resume as he was recently named one of the world's 50 greatest leaders by Fortune Magazine. Chance was a member of a group that includes the likes of Pope Francis, LeBron James and Ava DuVernay.

Interning for Chance may also provide some special perks. The lucky person selected might find themselves with free tickets or backstage access to Lil Chano's upcoming 40-city tour, which is scheduled to begin in April.
