Back in November, Meek Mill teased fans with the cover of the new mixtape DC 4.5, and announced the tape would be "dropping any day."

Two months later, and Meek has yet to come up off his latest offering. But there are signs we might be getting very close to the release date. The MMG MC recently hopped on Instagram and shared a snippet of a track off the project. "It's a must I strike again ........ DC4 & A BABY!," he captioned the pic.

Meek gave fans the 52 fake out in December, when he erased his entire Instagram page. Many people took the move as a sign that the release of 4.5 was imminent, as he did the same thing before the release of DC4. At the same time, the cover art started circulating the Internet. The artwork for the new project features the same background as the DC4 mixtape, but has a younger version of the rapper in the forefront.

It turns out, the deleted IG page might have had more to do with some ongoing issues with Nicki Minaj, who sent out a cryptic IG post hinting at their breakup the same day. The rumors ended up being true, as the couple officially called it quits earlier this month.

If Meek Mill is anything like Future when it comes to putting out music following a breakup, the new project is going to be jamming like a MF.
