Cleveland rapper Lil Cray is currently facing charges for criminal gang activity, attempted murder, weapons and more. However, that didn't stop the 19-year-old MC from using a courtroom to shoot part of a music video.

Local judge Michael Ryan allowed Lil Cray to use a courtroom at the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Justice Center in Cleveland to shoot part of his video. Judge Ryan tells Fox 8 Cleveland that he opened his courtroom after-hours for an "old friend" who is also a music producer. He says he was aware of Lil Cray's charges, but the rapper had been out of jail on house arrest.

"Last time I checked the Constitution, everyone is innocent until proven guilty," Judge Ryan tells Fox 8 Cleveland. "I'm always about helping young people especially when I see that they have promise. They have talent."

When asked if he'd allow Lil Cray to shoot another video in his courtroom, Judge Ryan says, "No. No. Probably not one of the better choices that I made. But I was trying to help."

As of late Tuesday (Jan. 17), Judge Robert McClelland revoked Lil Cray's bond, meaning he won't be on house arrest anymore, and he'll be forced to go back to jail.
