XXL has a jam-packed lineup of records for the best songs of the week. A fresh mix of veteran MCs and current stars comprise our selections for this week's top cuts.

Dave East sets things off right by delivering some impressive rhymes for all the hip-hop heads. The 2016 XXL Freshman linked up with fellow class member G Herbo and Don Q for a lyrical exhibition called "No Hook." As you likely surmised from the title, this one's all about the bars.

PnB Rock switches up the mood with his melodic record "Hanging Up My Jersey" featuring Ty Dolla $ign. The song appears on the Philly singer's new album GTTM: Goin Thru the Motions, which dropped today (Jan. 13).

The East Coast continues to represent courtesy of Juelz Santana's latest, "Drake Voice." The Dipset member sampled Drizzy's "Hype" verse and turned it into his own banger.

Gunplay excited listeners by dropping a sequel to his acclaimed single "Bible on The Dash." Although "Pt. 2" has a much different vibe, Gunplay still puts on an outstanding performance. The Maybach Music Group artist may not have topped the original, but he certainly did it justice.

Lupe Fiasco had fans worried when he claimed that he was canceling all his albums. Luckily, he changed his mind and announced a new LP called Drogas Light. The Windy City rhymer gave listeners a taste of the LP with "Jump," which showed that Lupe's got much more to offer.

Joey Purp and A-Trak round out XXL's picks thanks to their work on Phantogram's “You Don’t Get Me High Anymore" remix. A-Trak gave Phantogram's single a whole new sound while Joey added a verse to make his mark.
