Though the millennial consensus might be to take Uber everywhere, that tune may change if Amine has anything to do with it.

President Trump's week-long presidency is already giving way to some drastic measures. One being the executive order he implemented which bars Muslims from certain countries from entering the U.S. The bold move has caused a divide. But Uber CEO Travis Kalanick has ruffled more feathers after making remarks indicating that he is willing to work with the pres, while his company is being accused of "strike breaking" in New York City.

Outraged Twitter users have started the hash tag #DeleteUber on the social media site, and Portland MC Amine is totally down for the cause.

"Uber's headass ceo supports the muslim ban, everyone please use lyft," the rapper posted on Twitter.

As a response to Trump's order, opponent driving service Lyft has promised to donate $1 million to the American Civil Liberties Union.

"Banning people of a particular faith or creed, race or identity, sexuality or ethnicity from entering the U.S. is antithetical to both Lyft's and the nation's core values," the company wrote in an e-mail. "We stand firmly against these actions, and will not be silent on issues that threaten the values of our community."

Today (Jan. 29), Kalanick issued a statement on the public outcry against his company (below). In it he promises to do his part to help those impacted by Trump's order.

"At Uber we’ve always believed in standing up for what’s right. Today we need your help supporting drivers who may be impacted by the President's unjust immigration ban," he wrote.

Amine has made it clear that he does not care for Trump and his rhetoric. In November, he added an anti-Trump verse to his song "Caroline" when he performed it on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
