Lil Wayne did a good deed over the holidays. The "A Milli" rapper was back in his hometown of New Orleans and stopped by the Children's Hospital to pay a visit to the kids in care there. Weezy met one boy named Kiron who is paralyzed from the waist down following a shooting that took place on Dec. 9.

"Wayne visited Children's Hospital of New Orleans the day after Christmas while he was at home for the holidays," a rep for Weezy told XXL. "The purpose of the visit wasn't for any special reason or for publicity. He just had it on his heart to visit these kids in hopes to brighten up their holiday a little more."

Weezy's latest trouble occurred when Martin Shkreli, the controversial pharmaceutical executive who bought the Wu-Tang Clan's Once Upon a Time in Shaolin album, got his hands on the veteran MC's long awaited Tha Carter V LP. Shkreli claimed he bought the project and even played a song off the album on Periscope.

The rapper's team launched an investigation to see how this happened after confirming that the track was from Tha Carter V. While some might immediately point to Birdman as the potential leaker, Wayne's team told TMZ that Weezy has yet to send a completed version of the album to Cash Money Records.
