Update (Dec. 19, 12:20 p.m. EST):

Last week we got a snippet of what Trouble and Drake's collab will sound like. Listen to a preview below.

Original Story:

On Wednesday, rumors began flying around on social media that Drake and Rae Sremmurd had a collab on the way after Mike WiLL Made-It played something that sounded like it at Art Basel in Miami this weekend.

But the collab is actually between Drake and Trouble, one of the hottest rappers in Atlanta right now, and it's produced by Mike WiLL Made-It. Slim Jxmmi confirmed as much on Twitter.

"Since y'all my niggas Ima tell you it's @MikeWiLLMadeIt x @TroubleDTE x @Drake," Jxmmi said on Twitter, correcting a couple rap blogs who incorrectly identified the track at first. Later he tweeted, "Mike wills Ransom 2 gone have them WANGERS!!" Seems like the Drake and Trouble track is slated to appear on the long-awaited Ransom 2 that Mike WiLL is yet to drop.

Trouble would be just the latest Atlanta artist to receive the Drake Stimulus Package after the Toronto MC dropped a verse on the remix to Migos' "Versace" in 2013. But while Migos were already on a trajectory to blow up nationally, Trouble is a more regional artist whose popularity has mostly been limited to ATL neighborhoods. His guest feature on Young Thug's "Thief in the Night" is the one of the biggest highlights of his career so far, though earlier in 2016 he dropped one of the best tapes he's ever releasedSkoobzilla.

Stay tuned for the track. Hopefully it shows up on Ransom 2, and hopefully Mike WiLL finally drops that shit. If you aren't up on Trouble, don't tell anyone. Just go listen to recent tapes like #ZayDidIt and Skoob Fresh. Shit, the man even has his own billboard in Atlanta. Better recognize.
