Azad Drops ‘A Very Emotional’ EP

Azad releases his long-awaited A Very Emotional EP. The seven track project doesn't feature any guest appearances and production by Sango, Jonathan Marquez, Stwo, Millz Douglas, HUCCI, Patrick Collier among others. He has previously released singles like "Goddesses," “Special” and “Sweet.” Bump his new EP above.

An Iranian-American who grew up in Section 8 housing, Azad is not only a talented artists but he's the VP behind the groundbreaking label, Mind of a Genius, which is home to ZHU, Gallant, THEY., and Klangstof. It's pretty incredible how Azad balances creating his music and helping his label make sure their artists are making the right steps.

“Before there was this nervous energy and this anxiety that was overwhelming,” Azad said in his LA Weekly profile. “Now I’m getting to create with people and build careers for artists that I really believe in. That’s enough for me. That gives me peace of mind.”
