Update (Nov. 28, 4:51 p.m.):

Tyga has responded to TMZ's report with a series of tweets:

Original Story:

Tyga's got a long history with that red Ferrari you see above. He first got it repossessed at the end of Aug., but apparently struck a deal to get the car back if he returned it on Oct. 9. that didn't happen, so the repo man went back to work on Nov. 9 to collect the whip.

Now, TMZ reports that Tyga is also getting sued for missing payments on the car. A man named Alex Benedict is apparently coming after the Cali rapper and seeking at least $150,000 in damages. The lawsuit might be why Tyga got served surprise papers while he was heading into the club on his birthday.

Tyga's had his fair share of money issues this year, including problems with landlords, jewelers and car payments. He recently joined the G.O.O.D. Music team, however, so depending on when he decides to drop more music, he may be able to put his cash woes behind him.

Just last week, 21 Savage showed love to Tyga's girl Kylie Jenner on Twitter. The net went nuts, and fans even started jummping into the comments on Tyga's IG with knife emojis.
