O.T Genasis just leveled up again in 2016. The Cali rapper's hit single "Cut It" featuring Young Dolph has been officially certified plat by the RIAA marking his second single to earn a light grey plaque in 2016.

The Busta Rhymes protege scored a platinum plaque for his 2015 single "CoCo" earlier this year. He's even got more platinum singles than legendary rappers like Nas and Ice Cube at this point.

O.T. could have a chance to score a third platinum single in his young career as his current banger "Push It" continues to make waves.

Back in October, he performed "Push It" and "Cut It" at the BET Hip Hop Awards. Others to grace the stage included T.I., Gucci Mane, Desiigner, Young Thug, Lil Uzi Vert, Quavo, Lil Yachty, Isaiah Rashad, D.R.A.M., 21 Savage and Dae Dae.

Earlier this month, Genasis dropped his latest project Coke N Butter. The Conglomerate rapper enlists the likes of 2 Chainz, T.I., YG and more on the 12-song offering. Production is handled by Zaytoven, Murda Beatz, Yung Lan, Winner’s Circle and others.

A this point, it looks like O.T. has officially deaded the one hit wonder talk. "It was a problem for me because when I did ["CoCo"] it was so big here and overseas and it happened at the same time. So I was actually scared. I was scared to lose,” he told XXL earlier this year about trying to follow up a smash. “It was so much pressure and I’m scarred to fail that it was crazy. But at the same time, I just forgot everything. In the beginning it was just me and I forgot to just keep it original and be yourself.”
