Kanye West is currently going through some very rough times after being hospitalized with mental and health issues. If there is any rapper who can relate to the troubles 'Ye is going through, it's DMX. Earl has openly dealt with depression and drug use problems for most of his life, and he recently offered some words of encouragement to the troubled G.O.O.D. Music head honcho.

Taking to Instagram, the Yonkers rapper posted a video message directed to West. "This is my first Instagram joint that I did specifically for Instagram. I want it to make sense," X started out. "I want to give a special shout out to Kanye. Let him know that my prayers are with him. My family's prayers are with him. A reminder that when God is for you, who can be against you? No one, and nothing. Stand strong, brother. Stand strong. God is in your corner," he added.

As previously reported, West was hospitalized on Monday (Nov. 21) after cancelling the remainder of his Saint Pablo Tour. He was taken to UCLA Medical Center in the Los Angeles area for evaluation after police responded to a medical welfare call at around 1:20 p.m.

According to TMZ, a Dr. Michael Farzam contacted police to come get Kanye due to “temporary psychosis due to sleep deprivation and dehydration.” According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Farzam told police Kanye had “attempted to assault a staff member at the gym.”

West has been getting well wishes from fans and rappers alike while on the mend, and is reportedly on the road to recovery.
