Young Thug and 21 Savage embarked on their HIHORSE’d tour this week with a show in Baltimore, but future concert goers will catch a busier bill, as Divine Council has been added. The Virginia group dropped their Council World EP in July, and will hit the road with two of Atlanta's biggest rising acts. The group was able to leveraged their online fanbase to catch the eye of famed music industry executive L.A. Reid who signed the group to Epic Records shortly after.
