Is there some trouble brewing in the Top Dawg Entertainment camp? SZA went on Twitter today (Oct. 3) to claim that she was quitting over apparent frustration with the handling of her album. The singer directed her message at TDE president Terrence "Punch" Henderson.

"I actually quit," SZA wrote. "@iamstillpunch can release my album if he ever feels like it. Y'all be blessed."

Understandably, SZA's followers began to freak out. Punch laughed off the entire matter in tweet made shortly after SZA's post. Punch's reaction would seem to hint at this being another case of trolling from the TDE camp. Schoolboy Q did some expert trolling this past summer with the reveal of his Blank Face album cover.

Up until SZA's tweet went public, there was no reason to believe she had any issue with her label. The singer has been promoting label mates Isaiah Rashad and Ab-Soul on social media as of late. She even posted about a late night studio session just one week ago.

It is also worth noting how SZA reacted to news about Noname's Telephone mixtape possibly being her first and last release. "Don't even try it," SZA tweeted at the Chicago rapper on Oct. 2.

Fans should take a deep breath and relax since no further comments about the situation have been made by SZA or Punch. If SZA's threat of quitting is more than a joke, XXL will obviously keep you posted on the developments.
