2016 XXL Freshman Denzel Curry dropped one of the most thorough albums of the year back in March with Imperial, a project that to this day still only lives on SoundCloud (unless you got the download link he tweeted out). One of the standouts on the project is a collab with Joey Bada$$ called "Zenith," and Monday (Oct. 10) Curry drops the raw black-and-white visual for the track. You can watch it above.

The video is directed by JMP and is the 27th installment in the Urban Outfitters Music Video Series. Denzel spoke with Urban about working with Joey, how he first linked up with SpaceGhostPurrp and more in a short interview.

"When I was doing that song, I was writing it in the car and then I presented it to Joey when we were on tour together," says Denzel about "Zenith." "He was like 'Yeah, I’ll get this done.' It took a couple weeks, but we eventually got it done. We were originally supposed to record another song but we weren’t able to meet up. I got really sick when I was in New York so we were like, 'Forget it, let’s just leave it how it is. Let’s just do "Zenith."' We could’ve done something better. But all in all, with or without the music, we’re still fam. We don’t have to do music ever again, that’s my dog.
"

Listen to Imperial if you haven't already and peep the raw visual for "Zenith" above.
