Two weeks ago, Damian Lillard dropped "Hero" featuring Raphael Saadiq. Now, the Blazers PG delivers his debut album, The Letter O.

Move over, Shaq. With The Letter O, Dame D.O.L.L.A. stakes his claim as the best hooper/rapper to ever do it. The 26-year-old NBA All-Star, who was recently named the 10th best player by SLAM Magazine, is a refreshing voice of honesty on his debut body of work. Throughout, he explains how he made it out of the rough terrain he grew up in by working hard and staying away from drugs and alcohol. Lillard's flow and delivery are top-tier, as well.

The 12-track project contains guest features from artists including Lil Wayne, Juvenile, Jamie Foxx and the aforementioned Saadiq. Basketball fans will get a kick out of the title of the album's opening track, called "Bill Walton." The Weezy-assisted "Loyal to the Soil" is a definite standout on The Letter O. Lillard spits, "They said you wanna make it so here's the keys to survival/Get you a work ethic, go about it maniacal/Carry your family, all the great ones on that Mariah flow/Come to the neighborhood, show a kid to throw a spiral/All about your time, that's the best thing to give/A message from the distance hardly ever stay in ear/Gotta keep a presence even with your relatives."

In other Lillard news, adidas recently unveiled his new D Lillard 2 colorway.
