On Future's smash hit "Where Ya At," Drake spits, "I’ll buy the neighbor's house if they complain about the noise." As it turns out, that line might have some truth: Drizzy really dropped $2.85 million on the Hidden Hills house next to his.

Drake reportedly bought the neighbor's house for a little under $3 million during the summer of 2015. The Views rapper paid $7.7 million for his larger Calabasas, Calif. property, complete with seven bedrooms and an enormous pool, back in 2012. Additionally, his mentor Lil Wayne, who famously rapped "Got 10 bathrooms, I could shit all day" on "We Be Steady Mobbin," is probably most proud of Drizzy because he's got nine bathrooms in the new crib.

Many are reporting that Drake bought the place after the original tenants made noise complaints, but that's not the case, cozy as a narrative it might be. Looks like the place was on the market and Drizzy was in the mood to splurge.

In other Drake news, he recently performed in Los Angeles for his Summer Sixteen tour and brought out a star-studded cast including Rihanna, Lil Wayne and DJ Khaled.
