Deniro Farrar answers nature's call in his new video for "Consistently Inconsistent," directed by James Rico and released via Reel Goats (Sept. 22). Waking up in the wilderness, the North Carolina rapper feels right at home cutting up steak on the grill, chilling by the campfire and taking a shower out in the open. Clearly, the free flowing, down-to-Earth MC isn't letting the tangles of rap fame phase him.

"Niggas be all in your face but they want your spot/I'm eating lobster, meditating on the yacht/Ain't the type to rap about some shit that I ain't got/Niggas always gassing rappers, acting like they hot/But let the truth be told, you really not," spits Deniro in the second verse.

"This video is a depiction of me in my natural element—me being free and how I truly am—me being nude is an expression of my freedom and liberation," explained Farrar in a presser for the vid. "And a kiss my ass to those who do not believe in being free."

The Spano-produced cut is a gem off Deniro's June EP Mind of a Gemini, the followup to last summer's Cliff of Death II EP. The 7-track project was a surprise release from the Charlotte-hailing MC who has otherwise been pretty quiet this year. The cover art alone is a giveaway about the dueling personalities of the Gemini sign.

In addition to Mind of a Gemini, Farrar is slated to drop his RedBook Pt.1 at the end of October under Warner Bros. Records. In addition to his own work, Farrar has collabed with and appeared in videos for his fellow North Carolina native, Well$.
