Lil Yachty celebrated his 19th birthday on Tuesday (Aug. 23) with a show in his hometown of Atlanta, treating those in attendance to a very Based surprise, as Lil B made a special appearance. In the above video, B performs "I Love You" while stripping off his shirt and throwing it into the crowd. He closes by shouting out Lil Boat who is all smiles and applause.

Below meanwhile, both artists posted backstage photos to Instagram, Lil Yachty captioning a picture of himself talking to B, who is wearing a Sailing Team tee shirt, with "Rare." Lil B in turn posted a photo of himself, Yachty, Lil Uzi Vert and Offset of Migos, writing, "Family." Playboi Carti was in attendance at the show and D.R.A.M. came out as well.

For Lil B, the appearance comes on the heels of an interview he did with Frank Ocean that was featured in the singer's Boys Don't Cry zine. The two spoke on being more accepting of alternatives and other styles, and the Based God certainly spreads the love Yachty's way by coming through to his birthday show.

As for Yachty, the rapper will be heading out on tour with Rae Sremmurd starting in October, with the second stop putting him right back in the A. He is currently headlining his own road show that continues through the beginning of September. The 2016 XXL Freshman is making one hell of a splash, aligning with Lil B as he faces detractors within the industry.
