Hunter's Point/San Francisco MC Larry June has gotten his name popping on the west coast this year, and now he's back with a brand new mixtape, Orange Season, produced by the Cookin Soul duo. You can spin it above.

The six-track tape features appearances from guests like G-Eazy, Chuck Inglish and Zacari, while Cookin Soul provide their signature silky samples to the equation. And yes, the beats are stupid, in case you were wondering.

While his rhyming style can be reminiscent of Dom Kennedy, one thing that makes Larry June stick out is his adlibs. He must have learned from Lil B, because his random outbursts behind his own vocals definitely sound like they were influenced by the Based God. They're fucking hilarious, too – especially the laugh.

The project follows June's Larry EP from June, which was a similarly short project, clocking in at five tracks. The rapper's gotten a few dope looks in the past couple months too, appearing on Cousin Stizz's Monda and Post Malone's August 26.

Speaking of Post, the "White Iverson" rapper is actually bringing Larry June on tour this fall along with Jazz Cartier and FKi 1st. Check out the tour dates right here.
