Craig Robinson won't ever be mistaken for a rapper. The comedian displayed that during an appearance on DJ Whoo Kid's The Whollywood Shuffle to promote his new movies Morris From America and Sausage Party.

DJ Whoo Kid and Craig Robinson had a fun conversation discussing the comedian's variety of roles throughout his career. But Whoo Kid changed everything when he put Robinson on the spot by asking the actor to deliver a freestyle.

Robinson answered the challenge as best he could with a shaky yet hilarious rap featuring Whoo Kid supplying the beat. You can watch the whole freestyle begin around the 10:25-mark in the above video. The rhymes definitely earned a classic stare into the camera from Robinson's character Darryl from The Office.

Actors trying their best to rap is nothing new. Some unlikely ones such as Wayne Brady and Tina Fey have done surprisingly well. But it looks like Robinson wasn't so lucky to pull off the feat.

Robinson might be able to get some expert assistance if he should ever have to freestyle again. The comedic actor plays Ray in the hit series Mr. Robot. The show now employs its own resident MC in Joey Badass. The Pro Era member joined the cast for season two.

Joey Badass plays Leon, a friend of the series' protagonist Elliot (played by Rami Malek) who provides advice and philosophizes on the meanings of life. The character also has an obsession with Seinfeld which has provided some fun Easter eggs for viewers.
