Anderson .Paak and Knxwledge's debut album as NxWorries will be titled Yes Lawd. Adrian Miller, the manager of Anderson .Paak, confirmed the album title in a new profile on the 2016 XXL Freshman by LA Weekly.

Although Anderson .Paak garnered much acclaim for his 2016 album Malibu, fans and critics alike were equally impressed by his work with producer Knxlwedge on last year's Link Up and Suede EP. The chemistry the duo displayed on that project had many hoping that NxWorries would create a full-length album. Those hopes will be fulfilled as the album is scheduled to drop later this year on Stones Throw Records.

NxWorries' debut LP comes after Anderson .Paak got a significant boost in his career. The talented singer was named to the 2016 XXL Freshman class earlier this summer. During one of the roundtable discussions at this year's Freshman shoot, .Paak spoke about how he's still got plenty to prove.

"[It's] a legit stamp, a legitimizer on the hip-hop resume. You got some stripes," he said of his spot in the 2016 class. "The real thing will be the time after this, you know? We goin’ see. The proof will be in the pudding, you know? But it’s crazy to see the pictures out there of the people that really did it and made an impact in the game. That’s what I’m pushing for. But it’s really dope to be at this level now of recognition."

If you cannot wait for the NxWorries album to drop, make sure to check out Anderson .Paak's freestyle on DJ Tony Touch’s Shade 45 radio show. Hearing .Paak flow over a J Dilla beat is a good way to hold you over until the highly anticipated LP drops.
