The black community is on high alert following the recent police shootings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. In these times, people have realized how important it is to get footage of these incidents. Just Blaze got pulled over by the police today (July 7) and made sure to film the interaction in case anything went down. The acclaimed producer recorded his run-in on Periscope and luckily came out of the situation with no trouble.

In the video, Just Blaze explained that the cop initially took his paperwork and then directed him to pull over in another location. The veteran beatmaker then recounted how the first question the officer asked him was if the car was legit. This clearly frustrated Just Blaze as the cop was insinuating that the vehicle was too nice for Just to possibly own it.

Just Blaze stated that he did not expect anything to go down, but he wanted to make sure he was filming in light of the recent events. The producer also shared some tips for anyone that is getting pulled over. Just recommended putting your wallet somewhere next to you in the car so that you don't have to reach into your pocket. And like he did, the "Song Cry" producer said that you should stream it.

Thankfully, Just Blaze getting pulled over did not escalate into something more serious. But Just said that he did not get to film the whole incident and will tell more of the story on Twitter later tonight.
