Gucci Mane has become a hot commodity since coming home from a nearly three-year Federal prison bid in May. The next track we get from the Atlanta trap rapper looks like it will be Major Lazer's "Cold Water (Remix)."

The OG version of the song just dropped earlier this week featuring Justin Bieber and M0, but the Guwop version is already coming down the pike. Yesterday (July 23) Gucci shared a Snapchat clip of himself in the studio jamming to the cut followed by a message of the pending remix. The remix was actually premiered by Diplo last night in New York City at Brunch Bounce, a summer party series at Elvis Guesthouse. We should be getting audio soon.

Also recently confirmed is Guwop will be dropping a joint project with Drake sometime in the near future. It will be an EP tentatively titled 6'ers. “It’s in the works right now,” said Zaytoven who is involved in the project. “When Drake came over to the house to shoot a video, him and Gucci got to talking about making something. It will be a small EP. I think it might be called 6’ers, you know, because Gucci is from Zone 6 and Drake is from Toronto, the 6. It’s definitely happening.”

Gucci's new album Everybody Looking dropped on Friday (July 22). His ninth solo album, the project features guest appearances from Kanye West, Young Thug and Drake. The majority of the production was handled by Mike Will Made-It and Zaytoven with assistance Southside and Drumma Boy.

Friday night, Gucci hosted a homecoming concert at Atlanta's Fox Theater dubbed 'Gucci and Friends.' The Atlanta native brought out the likes of Fetty Wap, 2 Chainz, Future, Drake and more.
