Houston is about to have one of the best shows this summer. Fetty Wap, Rick Ross, T.I., Young Thug, Ty Dolla $ign, Bun B and Metro Boomin will perform at the inaugural 'Outta This World concert on Aug. 18, at the Toyota Center.

UIG Entertainment and John "Monopoly" Johnson teamed up to put together the first annual concert series and it is one of the hottest tickets of the summer. About 15, 000 people are expected to attend the 'Outta This World concert, making it the largest independent Hip-Hop festival to take place in the city of Houston.

“Houston is at the forefront of art and culture," said Bun B. "Time for a festival that reflects that.”

"I’m excited to partner with UIG for the highly anticipated 'Outta This World concert,” said Johnson to Billboard. “Producing the largest independent hip-hop festival to take place in Houston is an honor. We’re looking forward to presenting these globally renowned acts, many of whom are sharing the bill for the first time.”

Johnson is a former manager of Kanye West plus is also a promoter who has produced events for Diddy, Jay Z and Prince, among others.
