Atlanta's own Reese treats fans a new project. BEFORETHEUNIVERSE, a 16-track compilation mixtape features Reese's best songs over his young career and unreleased music with Playboi Carti, Johnny Cinco, Janine & The Mixtape and Rich The Kid plus production from DuckoMcfli, Key Wane and MetroBoomin. The new songs are "Party Song," which was made in 2015 plus "Ever" and "Trap Line," which both were made in 2013. Why is Reese dropping this tape? He says it's the appetizer to his new upcoming album.

"So basically this playlist is all my 'Greatest Hits' from all my projects (Reese Vs the world 1 & 2 and DSNRTRAPN) up until [my] recent songs," Reese says via email. "All the songs where recorded Between 2012-2016. I thought it would be cool to share these with the world instead of them just sitting around and get everybody hype [for] my new album Reese Vs the Universe on June 21. The playlist has features and production from Metroboomin, Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Yachty, Rich The Kid, Zaytoven, Pharrell, Wiz Khalifa, Playboi Carti, and more."
