As far as hip-hop duos go, Rae Sremmurd have been killing it since Day 1. Mississippi's terrible twosome Slimm Jxmmi and Swae Lee are back with a new visual for "Look Alive," their 2016 anthem for those lit and hazy, summer nights ahead. The guys dropped the new video today (June 13) on YouTube and we're lowkey jealous we weren't invited to this turn up. The Max-directed visual finds the pair in their most comfortable state: being the lives of the party.

"I'm a smooth criminal/Michael Jackson moonwalkin'/Like I'm on a pill or somethin'/Five bitches 'round me, mane/It's 'bout to be a royal rumble/Hands up if you want the lumber/Hands up if your head the dumbest," starts off Jxmmi.

Swae talks to the ladies like an old pro. "I'ma see to it, that you go crazy/Don't think I'm here to judge you/I'ma rock you like a baby/Turn you out, yeah I'm that one/I'ma get you where I want you."

All this goes down while Swae crowd surfs and plays in the nighttime arcade as Jxmmi shows off his signature dance moves. The new video definitely adds a new vibe to Jxmmi and Swae's clever lyrics.

With the summer schedule they're about to have, Rae Sremmurd is definitely going to need all the energy they can muster. They're set to drop their sophomore LP SremmLife 2 later this month on June 24 with production credits from Mike WiLL Made-It, Juicy J, The Honorable C.N.O.T.E and even Swae Lee himself. "Look Alive" serves as the album's third single after "By Chance" and "Over Here." The Ear Drummers MCs will then run through the summer festival circuit with stops at Pemberton Musica Festival in Pemberton, Canada, FYF Festival in Los Angeles and Billboard Hot 100 Festival in NYC. Check out a preview of their hype sets with the new video above.
