On Monday (June 13), Lil Wayne suffered from seizures on a private flight to California. Weezy now appears to be okay and is already performing again. There was speculation that an excess of lean-drinking triggered the seizures, but based off new information, that doesn't appear to be the case. According to TMZ, Wayne says he has epilepsy, a chronic condition that causes occasional seizures.

Wayne tells TMZ he takes medication to help control the condition. The publication reports that the New Orleans rapper couldn't find the proper medicine in Milwaukee, where he was performing prior to boarding the flight to California. He believed he could go without his medication for a few days without issue, but he was mistaken.

TMZ broke the initial story. People who saw Wayne at the club say he was drinking "massive amounts" of the purple substance before the seizures started. Fortunately, as aforementioned, the NOLA artist is back to feeling good as has already had a concert since getting out of the hospital just two days ago.

Tunechi has been hard at work, per usual, over the course of the past few months. He recently delivered "Off Off Off," a tribute to the Cleveland Cavaliers' championship run. Weezy still has Tha Carter V up his sleeve, whenever Birdman and Cash Money decide to drop it, at Wayne's constant requests. The 33-year-old rapper is even entering the video game business.
