Today (June 21), Founders Entertainment reveals the lineup for the very first Meadows Music and Arts Festival, set to take place at the Mets' Citi Field on October 1 and 2. The impressive inaugural lineup includes big-name artists such as Kanye West, The Weeknd and Chance The Rapper.

Kanye has collaborated with both The Weeknd and Chance in the past, so a live performance of some of these tracks, such as "FML," "Ultralight Beam" and "Intro," might be a possibility. The two-day event will also include acts like Mac Miller, Bryson Tiller, Pusha T and Post Malone.

Tom Russell, partner of Founders Entertainment, says, “Launching the Meadows Festival in Queens this fall with an incredible lineup of music, art, food and culture is a dream come true. As a native New Yorker I grew up in awe of the innovative spirit surrounding Flushing Meadows-Corona Park. With this event we can shine a spotlight once again on this iconic neighborhood and bring with it the economic benefits, strong community partnerships and local hiring for which Founders Entertainment is known." The company is behind Governors Ball, the annual concert on NYC's Randall's Island that got cut short this year.

Russell continues, "We are so grateful to the de Blasio Administration and Metropolitan Hospitality for giving us this opportunity and to all the artists who have enthusiastically agreed to take this inaugural ride with us."

Kanye and de Blasio were both recently in the news after the mayor encouraged the Chicago rapper/producer/designer to throw a block party for children in New York City.
