French Montana's sophomore album has a release date. On Friday afternoon, Diddy took to Twitter to announce that French's MC4 will drop August 19.

So far, MC4 has two confirmed tracks -- the recent singles "Lockjaw" featuring Kodak Black and "Figure it Out" featuring Kanye West and Nas. Check out the cover art above, which features French decked out in gold chains with his similarly iced-out pet monkey chillin' on his shoulder. You can pre-order the 14-track body of work via iTunes for $10.99.

French has been on a roll lately. In recent months, the Coke Boys rapper got on one of the hottest songs of the year with "All the Way Up" and recently hit the studio with Drizzy Drake, arguably the hottest rapper in the game. He also spit a verse on A$AP Ferg's "Dont Mind" and dropped the "Wave Gods Intro" video and "Old Man Wildin" visual.

If you want to see French live in concert, be sure to catch one of the Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour concerts this summer. He's joining Diddy, Lil' Kim, Ma$e, Faith Evans, Mario Winans, 112, Total and more for the 6-week North American tour, which opens August 25 in Columbus, OH. Cop your tickets via Live Nation, and hit up the official tour website for additional information.

With his highly anticipated sophomore album looming, now might be the time to re-visit French's last mixtape, Wave Gods, which included songs like "Miley Cyrus" featuring Future, "Man of My City" featuring Big Sean and Travi$ Scott and "Off the Rip" featuring A$AP Rocky and Chinx. In case you missed it, peep the music video for "Figure it Out," which features fly cars, private jets, dirt bikes, fine women and copious amounts of Hennessy. The video for "Lockjaw" will premiere June 7.
