Currensy is back with your monthly dose of new music. The New Orleans rapper has released his latest EP titled Stoned on Ocean. The free project is a collaboration with producers Cool and Dre, who Currensy teamed up with earlier this year on The Owners Manual EP.

Spitta's June release includes seven tracks with guests appearances made by Wiz Khalifa and Styles P. The entire EP was recorded in just one night according to Currensy's announcement from last week.

Stoned on Ocean is Currensy's seventh project of 2016, all of which have been free releases. The New Orleans native's tremendous schedule kept over the first six months of the year is reminiscent of his acclaimed mixtape run in 2008. That year was a major breakthrough for Spitta as an independent artist. It looks like he is trying to recreated that success eight years later.

So far, Currensy's output throughout the year has allowed him to work with a variety of producers on individual projects. The rapper got to link up with 808 Mafia producer Purps for the Bourbon Street Secrets EP. He teamed with Sledgren for another EP called Revolver. And perhaps his highest profile release of the year saw him and The Alchemist join forces once again on The Carrollton Heist.

While it may be hard for some to keep up with Spitta's release, fans don't want to miss out on Stoned on Ocean. These mellow tracks are perfect for a relaxing summer day. Check out the tracklist and stream below.
