Tate Kobang made a big splash last year with his breakout single "Bank Rolls." Now, Tate is ready for bigger and better things as the 300 Entertainment signee drops a brand new mixtape titled Since We're Here. Stream it above.

The Baltimore rapper's latest project features 10 original tracks. Tate Kobang gets an assist on the mixtape from guests like Jay IDK, Rich The Kid, Blaqstarr, YGG Tay and Freebandz Test. Production is handled by Chuck Inglish, Cassius Jay, Nitti Beatz, Street Scott and many more.

Tate Kobang is looking to make a big impact with this new mixtape as he has some lofty expectations for his career. The "Oh My" rapper recently told XXL about his goals in the rap game.

"[My goal is] to do for Baltimore and Pennsylvania what Chief Keef did for Chicago," Tate said. "He came out and he created the platform for the town—which is crazy because there’s a lot of very successful artists from that same area, but they didn’t really bring eyes to the area. You got Kanye West, who’s been a music genius for years, but nobody was really looking at Chicago like that until Chief Keef came out. Now everybody wanna be a Chicago rapper. And of course to have longevity—I ain’t looking to just have one record."

Tate Kobang is up for the coveted 10th spot on the XXL Freshmen list, which could obviously boost his profile in a big way. If you would like to see the Baltimore rapper on the cover of XXL, make sure you vote for him while the ballots are still up!
