Back in July of 2015, when the whole Drake and Meek Mill beef over ghostwriting first began to bubble up, OG Maco came out in support of Quentin Miller, saying in an interview with AllHipHop about Miller's contributions to Drake tracks, "I’ve known about that whole situation for nine months at least." Now, in an interview with VladTV, Miller distances himself from Maco, refusing to even say his name, and credits the "U Guessed It" rapper for adding to the ensuing firestorm.

"That other rapper from Atlanta that did interviews about me, talking about how we’re friends and shit, he’s the one that really said my name," Miller says in the above clip. "I called him about that and his explanation was crazy. Needless to say we don’t have anything to do with each other anymore. I’m not even going to say his name. He’s a part of it, too. That was really what was frustrating to me cause he was the one that put my name out there. He knew about the situation cause I’m in Atlanta, we all know each other. People know things, but that wasn’t his place to put that out there."

When Vlad asks Miller if he's talking about Maco, he offers nothing more than a laugh, saying later that despite Maco's intention to credit Miller, he helped contribute to the frenzy. "If that’s how you want to look at it, but at the end of the day, it wasn’t his place to do that. He decided to do that. I guess maybe to make himself a part of a conversation that had nothing to do with him. That was crazy inconsiderate and that shit was just wild," he said.
