J. Cole Gets Blessed With Crazy Prince Tribute Jersey

J. Cole paid tribute to Prince in a very special way this past weekend. During his performance at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival on Sunday (April 24), the Dreamville Records founder wore a custom Minnesota Vikings jersey that featured Prince's symbol on front and the iconic singer's name on the back.

The jersey belongs to New Orleans rapper and producer Chase N. Cashe, who lent the gear to J. Cole for the performance. After Cole was finished rocking the stage for the Jazz Fest audience, he signed the jersey for Chase N. Cashe.

In light of Prince's passing and J. Cole giving the jersey a public showing, there is likely to be a whole lot of demand for this tribute jersey. It looks like fans may get a chance to get their hands on it too. The $100 item is currently sold out on the Ain't Shit Funny website, but Joshton Peas says there will be a limited restock of "Paisley Park" jersey very soon.

As for J. Cole's festival exploits, the New Orleans Jazz Fest was just the first of many events the North Carolina native is scheduled to perform at throughout the summer. Back in January, J. Cole was announced as one of the headliners for the 2016 Bonnaroo Festival. J. Cole will head over to the United Kingdom in July as part of the stacked hip-hop lineup performing at the Wireless Festival in London. He will follow that up with a set at the Lollapalooza Festival later that month.
