Back in January, Ice Cube stated he wanted to reunite N.W.A at Coachella 2016, and last night he came through, almost. Cube's set included him bringing out two of the three living group members DJ Yella and MC Ren, and also surprising the crowd with Snoop Dogg and Common.

Jackson recently stated he had some things he wanted to accomplish at this year's show including, "Giv[ing] everybody a little history lesson on Ice Cube and N.W.A, Westside Connection. Everything I’ve been doing over the years.” He did just that.

Dr. Dre was not able to make the show, but Ren and Yella came on stage and got the crowd turned TF up, with the trio performing "Straight Outta Compton" and "Fuck tha Police." Cube's son O'Shea Jackson Jr. joined the fun rapping with the group.

Snoop Dogg later graced the stage, entering the scene on a tricked out tricycle. He performed "Go to Church" and "The Next Episode."

Next, Cube brought out former nemesis and Barbershop co cast member Common. The set also included an appearance from W.C.

Coachella has been lit this year already. On Friday, the show started off with a bang with Kanye West popping up and performing during A$AP Rocky’s set, and YG and DJ Mustard reuniting for his show. Yesterday, Run The Jewels brought out Nas. Check out the live stream of the show here.
