Another day, another dispute with a landlord for Tyga, who can’t seem to find a permanent place to live. Over the past few years the “Rack City” rhymer has been threatened with eviction from cribs across southern California and now it looks like he’s being slammed with a lawsuit surrounding his tenant status yet again.

According to TMZ, this time it’s not Tyga’s personal home that is in jeopardy. It’s his Egypt Last Kings Clothing store on Melrose Ave. in the Fairfax area of Los Angeles, which is facing the big “E.” Apparently Tyga trashed the place upwards of $75,000 in damages and now the landlord wants his cash.

The story goes that in June 2015 the landlord found the place abandoned and painted with Egyptian patterns. The ceiling tiles were reportedly also painted over and there were ink stains around 5,000 feet of concrete flooring. In addition to the paint job there was reportedly ink poured down the drains as well.

He’s coming for Tyga for the damages in addition to 5 months of unpaid rent. How does Tyga respond? He claims it was the landlord's doing since the codes were not met for the building, according to TMZ.

But T-Raw's real estate issues seem to not phase him. Earlier this month—after it was reported that he was facing eviction for a second time in less than a year—he was house shopping on The Late Late Show With James Corden. Even with all the unpaid rent claims, he was looking at another multi-million dollar home. Looks like owing people around town doesn't mean you can't continue to splurge and accrue more debt.
