When it comes to hip-hop in 2016, Kanye West has been dominating the conversation. Whether it's a new album, a surprise studio collaboration, teaming up with a major brand or using Twitter as a sounding board, he continuously makes headlines for every move he makes.

Last month, Yeezy dropped his seventh solo LP, The Life of Pablo, after four title changes, edited tracklists and a seemingly endless amount of collaborators. While his road to debuting the project was quite the journey of triumphs and tribulations, the music is what matters most. To get to this point, the Chi-town MC has blessed fans with solid, standout material ranging from mixtape cuts, album singles and Grammy-winning efforts over the years.

With so many songs in this rap powerhouse's catalog, XXL is highlighting some of the best and pitting them against each other to find out which one reigns supreme according to you, the fans. Thirty-two tracks have been selected from each of his seven albums to compete. "All of the Lights" and “No More Parties in L.A.” go up against one another in this round.

My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, the rapper's fifth album, wouldn't be the masterpiece that we know it to be without "All of the Lights." The grandiose horns, Rihanna embracing the light, Kid Cudi urging you to "get your own," Kanye dropping lyrical gems and a total of 14 artists contributing to the final effort make this an unforgettable banger. Plus the MC scored Best Rap Song and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration at the 2012 Grammy Awards for the track.

Not many artists can keep a listener locked in for a full six-minute track but Kanye does just that on “No More Parties in L.A" featuring Kendrick Lamar. The rhymer calls on Madlib to assist with orchestrating the beat, which is full of rich textures and sounds. K. Dot delivers an exceptional verse ("The opportunity, the proper top of breast and booty cheek / The pop community, I mean these bitches come with union fee") and Yeezy shines with a nod to those before him ("I was uninspired since Lauryn Hill retired / And 3 Stacks, man, you preach it to the choir").

Now it's time to vote. Think hard and place your vote in the poll below for your favorite song: Kanye's "All of the Lights" or “No More Parties in L.A.” The first round ends on March 7 so make your vote count. You can vote once per hour until the poll closes.
