BeatKing Taps TM88, Gangsta Boo and More for ‘Club God 5′ Mixtape

BeatKing has emerged as one of the more prominent voices of the south and his current run of mixtapes is reminiscent of the days when Micheal Watts and the original Swisha House members were pushing their tapes out of the trunks of their cars. For his latest project, the Houston producer/rapper/DJ calls on TM88, Gangsta Boo, Short Dawg and more for his Club God 5 mixtape. The 20-track effort is King's first drop of 2016 and features plenty of hard-knocking, head-snapping beats and sexually-charged lyrics that are sure to ring off in strip clubs, night clubs and in the whip. The H-Town native shouts out his city often and pays tribute to the godfathers of screw music.

Club God 5 adds to BeatKing's growing discography. The 31-year-old certainly lives up to the "Club God" moniker with a fervent regard for booming instrumentals that pack a serious punch. Releasing a heavy dose of music over the last few years, BeatKing has asserted himself as a force to be reckoned with in Texas. His Underground Cassette Tape Music project with Gangsta Boo generated plenty of interest in BeatKing in 2014 and he has been on a tear since.
