March is here and that means SXSW is just a few weeks away. Hip-hop has always showed up in numbers to the annual music festival in Austin, Texas and this year is no different. The 2016 Hype Hotel lineup has been revealed featuring some of the game's rising stars.

Dr. Dre's newest Aftermath Records signee Anderson .Paak will grace the stage at the Cruel Rhythm event on March 18. Since his Malibu album dropped just two months ago, the singer is likely set on playing tracks "Lite Weight" and the BJ the Chicago Kid-assisted "The Waters."

Joining .Paak on the Hype Hotel stage that same day is D.R.A.M. The Virginia native will certainly get the crowd amped up with his infectious ode "Cha Cha" and tracks off his eight-song EP Gahdamn! Rapper Le1f is bringing his electric presence to the Cruel Rhythm event as well. Be prepared for the New York representative to perform tracks off his debut LP, Riot Boi.

Then there's Tunji Ige, who will grab the mic at the Pigeons & Planes showcase. The Pennsylvania rhymer is steadily making a name for himself since he dropped The Love Project last year. Look for him to perform tracks off that effort, the ILoveMakonnen-featured song "Don't Do Too Much" and his new slow burner "Black James Bond."

The festivities kick off with the Great Jalopnik Throwdown on March 14.
