Say what you will of Tyga's music or high-profile relationships, but the rapper has a pretty good sense of humor, one he put on display Tuesday night (Feb. 16) by participating in a bit on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Following Monday night's Grammy's, footage surfaced of Sir Paul McCartney getting turned away from a party thrown by Tyga, resulting in plenty of head scratching and outrage directed towards the Cali rapper.

Echoing the sentiment he first published on Twitter (included below), Tyga said he had nothing to do with the denial, and would have personally walked the Beatles great into the party had he known. "I woke up to a series of texts and TMZ. It was pretty crazy," he said while a bouncer denied him entry to a Live green room. "I had no knowledge. I was inside performing. I wish I would’ve knew he was outside, I would have went out there with the mic. Brought him in [to] perform ‘Rack City’ with me." It seems the incident can be marked to a miscommunication and strict adherence to the fire codes as Tyga encouraged those still perplexed to "tweet the fire marshall, don't tweet me."

Tyga then extended an invitation to Sir Paul to attend a Feb. 26 concert held at Club Nokia in Los Angeles. "I’ll personally walk you in," he said. Check out the Kimmel bit above and visit Tyga's official website for me details on his Rawwest Alive tour.
