Once the go-to producer for hip hop's biggest names, Scott Storch is being sued by Brad Cohen and Seth Cohen, two men who put one million dollars to bankroll the producer's comeback attempt, for a breach of contract. The men are also accusing the "Lean Back" producer of using drugs. Storch famously blew his millions on cocaine and a lavish lifestyle he could not maintain.

The Hollywood Reporter states the two men, who earned their wealth through insurance and real estate holdings, believed that Storch "was once again ready to prove himself as a worthy record producer and use his deep connections in the music industry to make money for the three of them." Along with the $1 million in backing money, the two also gave the "Candy Shop" beatsmith a weekly salary, a Rolls-Royce Ghost and a rental house in Parkland, Florida.

The lawsuit brought forward by the Cohen men claim that Storch is breaching the contract by failing to live up to production services and "is back to his old ways and is not someone to trust with any monies."

The lawsuit claims that the Cohens would take away the Rolls-Royce from Storch if he failed a drug test or if the financial backers found out he was using again. "In mid-December 2015, B. Cohen and S. Cohen discovered that Storch was again using drugs and demanded return of the vehicle," states the complaint. "The vehicle is in S. Cohen name and S. Cohen did not want it to become an insurance liability. Upon information and belief, the demand that Storch return the vehicle partially led to B. Cohen and S. Cohen falling out of grace with Storch."

Storch and his lawyer Richard Wolfe deny any responsibility in the lawsuit since the business agreement between the parties is vague in its terms and features misrepresentations and lack of consideration.

The Cohens are seeking damages for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and unjust enrichment and injunctive relief.
