ScienZe is back with his new project that pays homage to his Southern Roots. Georgia Tape is an 11-song project that features his Divine ScienZe partnerKing I Divine, as well as the likes of Homeboy Sandman, EOM, Vinyl Frontiers, JohnNY U, J Manifesto, J'Von, and more.

It would be weird for a Brooklyn native to make a project about Georgia however there's more to it than that. The intro describes the meaning perfectly: a woman wonders why he would name his latest project as such ("Oh, he's down here all the time?" "Oh, he got family from here?"). Georgia Tape is lush and soulful, full of beautiful samples, live instrumentation and ScienZe delivers on his verses, showcasing his lyrical prowess.

"#GoergiaTape represents a time in my life that is priceless to me," he says to XXL. "Summers in Georgia with my family helped mold me into the person I am today.  Prior to going to my cousin's wedding last year, it must have been about 15 years since I was in a room full of my cousins, my Granny Jo, my Aunts and Uncles, and the rest of my family.  The beautiful thing is that we didn't miss a beat. The bond is as strong as it was years ago.  The vibe was the same, just evolved.  Shout out to my late great Granny Irma.  This one is for the fam.  Take the ride."
