Though Meek Mill might be preparing to reignite his feud with Drake, it appears he'll have one less adversary in the new year, Philly's own AR-Ab. The two rappers got into it after Drake name dropped AR-Ab in his diss song "Back to Back." AR then jumped on the beat taking shots at Meek which led to Dreamchaser affiliate Omelly returning the favor. But now, in an interview with Report Card Radio, Ab says the beef with Meek is over, and was never really much of anything to begin with.

"I actually talked to Meek Mills and shit," AR-Ab said in the interview. "I knew Meek before this rap shit. The city’s small. If it was some real beef somebody may have got killed. He said what he said, I said what I said. Understand if it was real beef I wouldn’t have made no diss song. We would’ve just started shooting. But I figured, this is rap shit, man, make a diss track. When in Rome you do as the Romans, right?"

AR continued, saying that he and Meek talked as men and got to the bottom of the tension, saying after that he'll never make another diss record again. "I don’t like diss tracks. Then you can’t really hurt nobody," he said.

AR-Ab also spoke on Drake's "Back to Back" and the fact that the song received a Grammy nomination, saying that he never would have thought the song would get that big and remarking that he had a household name now because of it. Check out the full interview above and check back for Meek's Dreamchasers 4 mixtape which is reported to have a "Back to Back" remix of its own.
