Pissed off that his show Power wasn't nominated for any awards, 50 Cent took to Instagram to announce that he is dropping Kanan Reloaded. Inspired by his character on the TV show, Fifty cites the lack of commercial recognition for the series as a reason to put out more music. "I guess people don't like my show, it's to [sic] real maybe," writes the rapper before claiming that he'll construct his own trophy. "I'm shooting everybody fuck it," he ends.

The original Kanan Tape dropped in early December but that's not stopping the Queens, New York native from getting right back to work and turning around a new project. The 7-track EP found 50 teaming up with newcomers like Post Malone, Sonny Digital, London On Da Track and established vets like Boosie BadAzz, The Alchemist and Scoop Deville. From the looks of the cover art Reloaded will have a sinister feel to it that will be perfect for the cold winter months. Stay tuned for more on the mixtape.

Fif's argument that Power should have been nominated for some sort of trophy heading into award show season might be credible. The season finale of season two was the most watched episode of the series with 2.39 million people tuning in live. Starz ordered 10 new episodes and production for season three began in September 2015.

Power finished its second season on Aug. 15 and the success of the show resulted in a two-year deal between the 50 Cent and Starz. Through the partnership, Fif is going to develop new projects for the premium cable channel through his G Unit Film and Television, Inc. while serving as an Executive Producer for Power.
