After a year of teasing us with songs and epic performances, it looks like Kanye West is finally close to completing his long awaited Yeezus follow up, SWISH. Great for us as fans, not so good for anyone who was hoping to get anything from the G.O.O.D. Music head honcho. Meaning, if you haven't gotten that feature verse you were hoping for, or those pair of Yeezy Boosts you were promised, it aint happening anytime soon. So, deal with it.

West recently made a rare Twitter appearance to let this be known to whom it may concern and everyone in between."I’m finishing my album and my next collection," he tweeted. "No offense to anyone… I’m asking everyone DON’T ASK ME FOR ANYTHING TILL AFTER I’M FINISHED WITH MY ALBUM."

Well, there you have it. On one hand, it really appears as if West has tunnel vision on finishing up SWISH and possibly the Cruel Summer 2 album. On the other hand, some fire collabs or beats might get pushed to the back burner in order for that to happen.

This is a good sign for fans. West has been talking about this album since early 2014. He released the first single "Only One" on New Year's Day giving fans hope that the project would drop soon after. Since then, he released the single "All Day" and possibly got sidetracked by his presidential aspirations. But it looks like 2016 might be the year of 'Ye.
